Parametric photo display
As an intern for Woodchuck USA, I was given access to their laser-cutting technology and materials such as a variety of sheet wood and wood veneer. I chose Cedar for this project.
The Parametric Photo Display has 7 slits to hold/display film photos or small paper stock. Though very simple in function, its allure comes from its shape. It takes structural inspiration from parametric architecture, thus the flowing and repeating contours.
